This night in Berlin, Joe and I had my two favorite beers: Erdinger Dunkelweizen and Kostritzer Black (pictured here). And then we ate kebabs. My stomach was very happy.

What the Generator hostel in Berlin lacked in quality clientele (a bunch of obnoxious high schoolers) it made up for with neon style.

This is where the old Nazi HQ used to be. Not a lot going on now, but an old palace is being dug up right next to it.

Here you can see the Reichstag from across the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe. It’s a somber reminder that all of the legislators who work in Berlin walk past every day.

A nice cafe in Amsterdam still has a wide selection of Belgian beers.

One my favorite random buildings I saw during the trip. It’s in Brussels, and beyond just looking cool, if you zoom in you can see that there is music written on it. I really want to know what it sounds like…
